Gingerbread House

Uncle Darin bought Carmen a gingerbread house kit. We all helped build and decorate the house.

Auntie Kelly took charge of frosting the house while Carmen took charge of sorting the candy, and sneaking a few.

Carmen had a great time building her very first gingerbread house...although she did more eating than building :)

Carmen got super excited to see what was inside the pumpkin :)

Carmen wasn't allowed to carve anything so we let her poke a piece of pumpkin to keep feeling like she was helping. It worked. :)

Picnic in the Park

Grandma, Grandpa, and Auntie Kelly took Carmen to Wilderness Park for a picnic and some hiking. The weather was perfect for spending time outdoors.

We even visited the wildlife museum and learned all about the animals found in the park.

Beach Day

It was a windy day, but Carmen still had a ton of fun.

Her favorite thing to do is dig in the sand, and get all sandy :)

Mommy and Daddy helped Carmen fly the kite that she got for her birthday from Uncle Kevin and Auntie Emily.

Carmen couldn't get enough of her kite flying.
